This move happened a lot sooner (and faster) than expected, but I promise it wasn’t a random decision. I carefully considered what would be best for my business, my clients, and me—and ultimately, this was the best decision for Glow Beauty Co.!
Opening this business was genuinely the biggest risk I’ve ever taken. I had no idea if I’d have clients, if people would want to come to me, or if I’d completely crash and burn. Early in my career, I spent a lot of time wondering whether I was truly made for this industry—but the last five months have shown me that this is exactly what I was meant to do. 🥹
I know change can be tough, so if you need a service urgently during the break, please message me and I’ll connect you with another trusted provider! My goal is to make this transition as comfortable as possible and help you understand that this move is only going to make Glow Beauty Co. feel even more like me.
I wouldn’t call it a rebrand because what I’ve built already represents who I am—we’re simply elevating. ✨

If you would’ve told me that “Tinder boy” would become the first person I call anytime I need something at the spa, I probably would’ve been surprised — but I’m so grateful he is.
Whether it’s moving my bed, dropping off spray tan supplies, folding laundry, or whatever random thing I need that day, he never fails to show up.

Hi, I’m Maliyah, the owner of Glow Beauty Co.!
I started my esthetics journey as a full-body waxer, but I always knew skincare was where my heart was. As someone who grew up struggling with cystic acne and eczema, I understand firsthand how much our skin can impact our confidence. That experience is what inspired my passion for helping others feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.
Today, I specialize in customized skincare treatments, brows, select waxing services, lash lifts, brow laminations, and spray tans.
When I opened Glow Beauty Co., my goal was—and still is—for every client to leave glowing, both internally and externally. I wanted to create a space where everyone, no matter their background or stage of life, feels welcomed, comfortable, and cared for.
Growing up as a competitive cheerleader, I was always surrounded by girlhood and genuine connection. That’s something I cherish in my treatment room today. I love the conversations, the laughs over life’s little moments, and being someone my clients feel comfortable celebrating wins with—or simply venting to after a long day.

As many of you know waxing has been my main passion in esthetics since I was in school! With that being said I’m obviously a huge fan of waxing all year around. A lot of people are scared to try waxing for the first time this time of year. Although now is the perfect time, by summer your hair growth will have thinned and slowed down, quite a bit! If you come to me , you’ll not only get to experience a great wax (and a pretty funny waxer, if I do say myself) but also a comfy bed and spa music. Because waxes shouldn’t feel like going to the doctor’s office, they should feel like coffee with an old friend or seeing your therapist. I’m grateful to have the experience that I do that has made me not only an efficient waxer but also an experience with little pain and girly chats! Can’t wait to see you for your next wax!
